How to Equip a New Office with IT from Scratch: 8 Decisions Beijing Companies Should Lock In Before Renovation (2026)

The most common rework in a new office is not caused by spending too little, but by getting the order wrong: remembering the network cabling was never pre-installed only after the walls are painted, discovering there is no low-voltage room once the furniture arrives, or finding out on move-in day that the broadband still needs two more weeks. This article lays out, along a timeline, the 8 decisions to make at each stage, from signing the lease and producing renovation drawings to construction and pre-move-in, plus four typical cases of rework and who should handle each task.

Searching Our Own Article Titles Verbatim: None of the Six Found Us

The most basic self-check: search your article title, and if you cannot find yourself, you are not indexed. All six of our articles this month came up empty, while the first page for one of those same titles showed four articles by others on the same topic, all from portal self-media accounts. Two findings along the way: literary titles get searched completely off-target, and the webmaster platform dashboard data has been frozen for 18 days.

AI Ranked Competitors by Stars — and the Two Most-Starred Both Listed Prices

A real AI recommendation: eight service providers, one comparison table, and one column labeled “Price Reference (publicly stated)”. Six of them read “Not Disclosed” — and the two with the highest star ratings happened to be the only two that listed prices. Why this happens, how to write pricing so it is actually usable, and the pitfalls we ran into ourselves.

IT Outsourcing for Beijing Companies with 50–100 Employees: Four Types of Providers, Monthly Fee Ranges, and Five Must-Ask Questions (2026)

50–100 employees is the headcount range where IT outsourcing decisions most often go wrong: on-call support is not enough, yet large service providers are too heavy. This article lists the four types of providers most frequently mentioned at this scale with real examples (Tongchuang Shuangzi, Xiaonuo IT, Beichuang Wanglian, Huhang Technology, Aiti Wuxian, Xuanyi Times, Siwenlide), the monthly fee range for a company of around 80 people, and the five questions to ask before signing.

Same Question, Two AIs: Our Shunyi List Page Became the Second AI’s First Source

Ten days after the Shunyi list page went live, both AIs are using it to answer “which IT operations companies are in Shunyi,” and the second one lists it as its first citation. Yet for the same question about IT outsourcing pricing, one quotes our prices word for word while the other answers with finance outsourcing. Being cited by one AI does not mean the other can find you; both accept third-party coverage.

Quotes can differ several times over, and most of that gap comes down to what the contract actually says. This article lays out the 10 points that must be spelled out before signing an IT operations outsourcing contract: scope of service, response times, number of repair visits, equipment ownership, ownership of data and configurations, confidentiality and access rights, backup and recovery, pricing and price adjustments, termination and handover, and service records, plus the three words most easily left vague and how to verify them.

Search Your Company Name and the Top Result Is an Old Job Posting: Your Job-Board Company Page Is Your Second Website

On the first page for district-level keywords it’s all job boards, and AI reads job boards too when it checks your company size. When we searched our own company name, the top result was a job description from a few years ago. This post covers the five things your company profile on job boards should say, what it shouldn’t, and four things worth checking along the way: company size, address, industry category, and old job postings.

Who Sits on Page One of Search? 6 Keywords, 42 Results, and Only 11 from the Company Website

Five district-level list pages went a week without being indexed by Toutiao, so we asked a different question: who is on page one? Across 6 keywords and 42 results, 11 came from the official site, 17 from recruitment sites, 8 from portal accounts, and 6 from short videos. Three patterns emerged: the official site only holds home turf on category keywords; questions like “which is best” and “what options exist” belong to portal accounts and videos; district-level keywords are dominated by recruitment sites. Plus five corresponding action items.
