Five district-level list pages went a week without being indexed by Toutiao, so we asked a different question: who is on page one? Across 6 keywords and 42 results, 11 came from the official site, 17 from recruitment sites, 8 from portal accounts, and 6 from short videos. Three patterns emerged: the official site only holds home turf on category keywords; questions like “which is best” and “what options exist” belong to portal accounts and videos; district-level keywords are dominated by recruitment sites. Plus five corresponding action items.

Searching for “Beijing enterprise network providers” mostly turns up website building companies. This article is about office networks: who supplies each of the four areas — internet lines, network equipment, cabling and server rooms, and networking operations — what the four types of providers available in Beijing (carrier government & enterprise divisions, networking product vendors, system integrators, and network equipment package providers) each cover, who they suit, and five questions to ask before signing.
