Why Beijing enterprises choose Siwenlide for IT Operations Outsourcing
Beijing has several hundred providers of enterprise IT Operations Outsourcing, but few can truly deliver “everything under one contract.” Many business owners have told us that they previously had to deal with three or four separate companies — a broadband provider, a firewall vendor, an office PC supplier and a server-room operator — and that whenever a problem arose, each blamed the others. Since 2011, Siwenlide has built enterprise IT into a “one-stop IT subscription service”: you pay a single annual contract fee, and we take care of everything from network access to device replacement, from desktop issues to server-room monitoring.
Specifically, our Beijing IT Operations Outsourcing service comprises three core modules:
- IT Operations Support: 7 days × 14 hours response, three reporting channels (WeChat group / official account / phone), remote-first with on-site fallback, unlimited fault handling
- Network Equipment Package: firewalls, enterprise routers, core/access switches and enterprise-grade wireless APs provided free of charge and under warranty for the contract term, using MikroTik and Huawei brands
- Enterprise networking & low-voltage works: structured cabling, server-room build-out, encrypted multi-site interconnection, digital surveillance and conferencing systems, delivered turnkey

Which enterprises Beijing IT Operations Outsourcing is suited to
Based on 14 years of service experience, our subscription-based IT outsourcing offers the best value for Beijing SMEs with 50-500 employees. Building an in-house IT team typically costs RMB 300,000–800,000 a year (one engineer plus hardware procurement), whereas our annual subscription usually costs only about one third of that, and includes all network equipment.
Typical client scenarios:
- Manufacturing: coordinated operations across office, workshop and warehouse (see case study: 150-person precision manufacturing client)
- R&D technology companies: server-room operations + multi-site interconnection + desktop support (see case study: 80-person R&D company)
- Retail and food-service chains: unified network across stores + centralized monitoring
- Professional services firms: IT compliance operations for law firms, consultancies and accounting firms
- Foreign-invested enterprise offices: standardized delivery aligned with ISO requirements
Frequently asked questions about Beijing IT outsourcing
Q: How much does Beijing IT Operations Outsourcing cost per year?
Pricing is based on company size. Generally, companies with 50-100 employees pay RMB 50,000–120,000 per year, and those with 100-300 employees RMB 150,000–300,000, depending on the number of branches, the equipment list and the depth of service. Contract terms are usually 1-3 years, paid annually. Compared with an in-house IT team, you save 50-70% of the cost.
Q: What happens if equipment fails during the contract term?
All network equipment provided during the contract term (firewalls/routers/switches/APs) is covered by our free warranty; if it fails, we replace it outright with no repair charges. If the contract is not renewed at expiry, the client may buy the equipment back at its depreciated value or we will collect it.
Q: How long does it take from signing to go-live?
The standard process takes about 2-3 weeks from requirements discussion to business cutover: site survey (1-2 days), solution design and quotation (3-5 days), contract signing, equipment delivery, installation and deployment, business cutover. For urgent projects we can compress this to within 10 working days.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of service calls?
Service is unlimited during the contract term. Anything that can be resolved remotely is resolved remotely (WeChat group response within 15 minutes); if an on-site visit is required, we arrive within 2 hours anywhere in Beijing. You will never be charged extra for calling us more often.
