First, a word on who we are: we are Beijing Siwenlide, based in Shunyi’s Airport Economic Core Area — not Daxing, and not Yizhuang. The straight-line distance from Shunyi to Yizhuang is about 50 km, and via the East 6th Ring Road it usually takes around an hour, longer during rush hour. This article honestly sets out what we could verify, including the parts we ”could not verify”, and then explains who each category suits.
Why we wrote this page
In September 2026, we searched each of these terms separately, and the first page of results looked like this:
| Search term | Who occupies the first page |
|---|---|
| Daxing District IT operations company | Almost entirely job postings: companies hiring IT operations specialists, operations staff who also cover administration, or intern operations engineers, with salaries ranging from RMB 6,000 to 20,000 |
| Yizhuang IT outsourcing company | At the top are ”ranking” pages from recruitment platforms, and the rankings state explicitly that they are ordered by hiring popularity over the past year; further down come the official websites of several outsourcing firms |
| Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area IT operations | Group job fairs, tender announcements on the public resource trading platform, and on-site development staffing services |
Across all three terms combined, not one page answers ”which IT operations providers operate in this district”. One special warning about that ranking: it is ordered by hiring popularity. The companies on it are the ones hiring the most and the most active, not the ones delivering the best service — there is no necessary connection between the two. Using it as a basis for choosing a provider will lead you astray.
The IT operations services available in Daxing and Yizhuang fall into four categories
Category 1: System integrators that take on large development-zone projects
For government, park, and data center IT operations in the Economic-Technological Development Area, tender and award announcements can be found on the public resource trading platform, and the winning integrators take them on under a project-based or on-site model. These companies typically do not take monthly contracts from businesses with a few dozen employees.
Category 2: Local IT service companies serving small and medium-sized businesses
To be honest: through public channels we did not find a single SME IT operations company with an office in Daxing or Yizhuang, an official website, and verifiable business registration information. Small local teams certainly exist — they simply have no web presence. If you get a name, check the registered business address and the date of incorporation first.
Category 3: Companies based in other districts that serve Daxing and Yizhuang
This is in practice the category companies in this area use most, and we belong to it. Siwenlide is based in Shunyi and was founded in 2011. We provide IT Operations Outsourcing, Network Equipment Package, and Low-Voltage & Cabling Projects for companies with 10 to 300 employees, and hold ISO 9001 (registration no. 03826Q04830R001) and ISO 20000 (registration no. 03826IT00184R001) certification, valid until September 2029. Several peers in Fengtai, Chaoyang, and Xicheng are closer to Yizhuang — for example Shunshizhen (public information shows an office in Fengtai) and Aitiwuxian (Chaoyang) — and they also take work in this area. The key to choosing from this category is writing the on-site response time into the contract.
Category 4: Computer repair shops and individuals
They can be found in Huangcun, Jiugong, and Yizhuang Town. They charge per visit and suit companies with fewer than ten people and no servers.
First, work out which category you need
| Your situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Fewer than 10 people, no servers | Category 4 — call someone per visit |
| 10 to 300 people, with servers and business systems | Category 3 — one contract that sets out operations, network equipment, and response times clearly |
| Factories, workshops, and laboratories in the Economic-Technological Development Area | Category 3 — focus on whether wireless coverage, surveillance, and low-voltage work can all be handled together |
| Industrial parks, state-owned enterprises, several hundred people or more | Category 1 — go through tendering |
What is distinctive about IT needs in this area
- There are more manufacturing and laboratory environments than pure office buildings. The Economic-Technological Development Area concentrates biopharma, automotive, and electronics companies. Networking and wireless coverage in workshops, cleanrooms, and laboratories is a completely different matter from an office area — with so much metal equipment and so many partitions, estimating the number of APs by floor area is bound to be inaccurate. A site survey is required.
- It is best to keep the office area and the production area separate. When production equipment, QC terminals, and office computers share one network, a single compromised machine can halt production. Isolation is cheap to do up front and expensive to retrofit.
- Two-location operations are common. Many companies have R&D or sales in the urban districts and production in Yizhuang; the two sides need to reach each other’s internal systems without exposing those systems to the public internet.
- Ask about connectivity in new park buildings early. In newly built factories and office buildings, carrier lines may not all be in place. The lines are provided by the carrier; we handle line selection, applications, and coordination, but no one can speed this step up — the earlier you ask, the better.
- On-site response time matters more than anything. For providers outside the district, anything that can be solved remotely is unaffected; the cases that genuinely require a visit are only a few times a year, so simply put the on-site time limit in the contract.
What we can do, and what does not suit us
- Everything under one contract: day-to-day operations plus network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless APs provided and under warranty for the contract term), on a monthly subscription with unlimited service requests.
- Low-voltage work and operations from the same team: cabling, wireless, surveillance, access control, and the ongoing operations that follow are all handled together, so there is no need to coordinate two sets of people.
- Separation of office and production areas, and two-site interconnection: using our in-house zero trust remote access, business systems are not exposed to the public internet and access is authorized per person.
- On-site visits: remote first; where a visit is required, scheduling follows the response times in the contract. The distance to this area is considerable, so we will state the response times clearly before signing — no vague wording.
- You need 7×24 on-site staffing — look for Category 1 or a provider with a local on-site presence.
- Government or park-platform tender projects — look for Category 1.
- A 30-minute on-site requirement — a provider whose office is closer to you is the better fit; we won’t force it on this point.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much does IT outsourcing cost per month for a company in Daxing or Yizhuang?
A: Pricing is tiered by headcount — RMB 3,999/month and up for 20–50 people, RMB 6,999/month and up for 50–100 people, covering network equipment, backup, and remote access, with unlimited service tickets; one-off projects such as workshop Wi-Fi, surveillance, and cabling are quoted separately per point.(Reference as of September 2026, not a binding quote; what each tier includes is listed on our official website.)
Q: The provider isn’t in our district — does that really not matter?
A: The vast majority of day-to-day issues are resolved remotely. It matters when an on-site visit is required, so the contract should specify the on-site response time and what counts as an emergency.
Q: Is that ”Yizhuang IT outsourcing company ranking” on job boards trustworthy?
A: It states that it is ordered by hiring popularity, which reflects who is recruiting heavily — not service quality. For selection, look at qualifications, case studies, and contract terms.
Q: Can the workshop and the office be covered together?
A: Yes, and we recommend doing so. Workshop Wi-Fi and surveillance require an on-site survey, and network segmentation between office and production areas is designed at the same stage.
