First, a note on who we are: we are Siwenlide, based in Shunyi, not Haidian. It is about an hour’s drive from Shunyi to Shangdi or Zhongguancun, so for Haidian clients we work remotely first and send someone on site as a fallback. Haidian itself has the highest concentration of IT service companies in Beijing. This page lists the peers we could verify, explains who each category suits, and places us in the third category.
Why we wrote this page
In September 2026, searching for 「Haidian District IT Operations Services companies」 returned 15 top results, 12 of which were tender announcements for government and university operations projects; the rest were directory listings. Haidian has more IT companies than any other district, yet not a single page answers ”which IT operations companies are in Haidian”. The reason is not hard to guess: companies in Haidian are themselves in the technology business, so few people write pages like this. But a company of a few dozen people in Haidian still has computers that break with nobody to look after them.
IT Operations Services you can find in Haidian: four categories
Category 1: IT outsourcing companies with offices in Haidian
- Xinbiyou: its public address is on Shangdi 5th Street, Haidian. Public information from 2024 shows ITSS Level 3 operations capability certification, and in 2023 the district listed it as a key enterprise in service trade. It leans toward medium and large enterprises and resident on-site operations.
- Aiti Wuxian: public addresses on Shangdi 3rd Street and in Zhongguancun, Haidian. A long-established Beijing IT outsourcing firm, it works per visit, by monthly or annual retainer, and semi-resident on site; flexible models.
- Zhongcheng Jiahe: registered in Haidian, it does enterprise IT outsourcing; little public information is available.
This category is closest to Haidian clients. Companies in Shangdi, Xierqi and Zhongguancun should consider them first.
Category 2: Technical teams around universities and research institutes
A Haidian speciality. Many small teams are formed part-time by technical staff from universities or research institutes. They know servers and Linux and charge little, but they have no corporate entity, no contractual liability, and people who may leave at any time. Fine for maintaining a development environment; not advisable for company-wide managed operations.
Category 3: Companies based in other districts that serve Haidian
We belong to this category. Siwenlide is based in Shunyi and was founded in 2011. We provide IT Operations Outsourcing and enterprise Network Equipment Packages for companies of 10 to 300 people, and are certified to ISO 9001 (registration no. 03826Q04830R001) and ISO 20000 (registration no. 03826IT00184R001), valid through September 2029. We are about an hour from Haidian, and anything that can be solved remotely is unaffected. Tongchuang Shuangzi, Xiaonuo IT and others in Chaoyang also take Haidian work.
Category 4: Computer repair shops and individuals
Most numerous around Zhongguancun. They charge per visit and suit companies with fewer than ten people and no servers.
First, work out which category you need
| Your situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| A technology company with its own R&D; what is missing is someone to manage the office network and computers | Category 3 or 1; look for a flat monthly fee, not per-head pricing |
| A non-technical company (training, consulting, trade) with a few dozen people | Category 1 or 3; compare response times and monthly fees |
| You only need a few Linux servers or a lab environment maintained | Category 2 is workable, but get it in writing |
| You need resident on-site staff, several hundred people, compliance audits | Category 1 |
What characterises IT needs at Haidian companies
- They know technology themselves, but nobody does operations. At many Haidian companies everyone is in R&D: anyone can fix a computer, and nobody wants to. The value of outsourcing is taking these chores off the R&D team’s hands, so what matters when choosing a provider is process and response time, not how deep the technical expertise runs.
- R&D environments and the office network need to be separated. When code repositories, test servers and employee internet access share one network, a single infection stops everything.
- Data is worth more than equipment. For code, experimental data and customer records, a backup strategy matters ten times more than repairing computers. The first question to ask a provider should be ”how do you do backups, and have you ever actually restored one”.
- Remote work and off-site collaboration are the norm. When R&D staff access internal systems from home, from another city or from a client site, what they need is a way to reach those systems without exposing them to the public internet.
What we can do, and what we are not suited to
- One all-inclusive contract: day-to-day operations + network equipment (supplied and under warranty for the contract term) + on-site response, on a monthly subscription with unlimited service calls.
- Isolation between the R&D network and the office network, backups, and zero trust remote access (our own sTrust) — all handled together.
- Remote first: an on-site visit in Haidian takes about an hour, so anything that requires a visit is scheduled in advance.
- You need resident on-site staff or a 30-minute arrival time — go to Category 1; a local Haidian provider fits better.
- Operations for large-scale server clusters or compute platforms — this is outside the scope of SME IT outsourcing; look for a professional systems integrator.
- Groups with more than 500 people — go to Category 1.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How much does IT outsourcing cost per month in Haidian?
A: For around 30 people with one server, a full monthly package usually runs RMB 3,000–5,000/month; for technology companies with many R&D servers, it is calculated separately by server count. (September 2026 market reference only; not a quotation or commitment.)
Q: We have our own technical staff — do we still need to outsource?
A: It depends on whether your R&D team is willing to do this work. At most companies the answer is ”capable but not willing”. What you outsource is time, not expertise.
Q: Is it safe to put code and data somewhere the outsourcing company can reach?
A: A non-disclosure agreement, isolated account permissions, and an audit trail of operations — get all three written into the contract. Any reputable provider can do this; if they cannot, do not sign.
