First, a note on who we are: we are Beijing Siwenlide, based in the Shunyi Airport Economic Core Area — not in Chaoyang District. Northern Chaoyang (Wangjing, Jiuxianqiao, Laiguangying) is a 30-minute drive from us, and the CBD and Guomao direction is about 50 minutes. This page lists the Chaoyang-based peers that can be found through public sources, explains who each category suits — and notes that we ourselves fall into one of them.
Why we wrote this page
In September 2026 we searched for ”Chaoyang District IT operations companies.” Of the top 20 results, we found ads from classified-listing sites, tender notices, and a few sponsored articles about ”why IT outsourcing is good” — not one page actually answered ”which companies are in Chaoyang.” Yet Chaoyang has the highest concentration of office buildings in Beijing and the largest number of companies with a few dozen employees, and people ask this question every day.
IT Operations Services Available in Chaoyang District: Four Categories
Category 1: Mid-to-large IT outsourcing companies with offices in Chaoyang
- Tongchuang Shuangzi: listed on the NEEQ (New Third Board). Public information shows its office in the Liufang area of Chaoyang District, and its job postings include on-site positions at China World Trade Center. It focuses on IT support for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, bills per seat, and offers standardized packages and monthly inspection reports.
- Xiaonuo IT (Beijing Xinnuo Chuangye): founded in 2007, registered at Xiangjun Beili, Chaoyang District, specializing in IT outsourcing packages for companies with fewer than 100 employees.
- Beichuang Wanglian: founded in 2002, listed on the NEEQ, with a public address in the Lishuiqiao area of Chaoyang; it leans toward network, desktop management, and information security for mid-to-large enterprises.
This is the category Chaoyang companies are most likely to encounter, and it suits companies with more than 50 employees that want standardized processes and inspection reports. Pricing is usually per seat or per site, a notch higher than that of small teams.
Category 2: Small local IT service teams in Chaoyang
Chaoyang has a large number of three-to-five-person IT service studios, many of them listed on classified-information sites, but the vast majority have no website and no verifiable business registration information. Prices are low, response depends on luck, and staff turnover is high. If you go this route, check the business registration first, then ask clearly, ”How many engineers does your company have right now?”
Category 3: Companies based in other districts that serve Chaoyang
We belong to this category. Siwenlide is based in Shunyi and was founded in 2011. We provide IT operations outsourcing, complete enterprise network equipment packages, and low-voltage & cabling projects for companies with 10 to 300 employees, and we are certified to ISO 9001 (registration no. 03826Q04830R001) and ISO 20000 (registration no. 03826IT00184R001), valid until September 2029. On-site arrival is 30 minutes for clients in northern Chaoyang and 50 minutes toward the CBD; anything that can be resolved remotely is unaffected by distance. Companies in Haidian such as Xinbiyou and Aiti Wuxian also take on Chaoyang assignments, under similar circumstances.
Category 4: Computer repair shops and individual technicians
Charged per visit. Suitable for companies with fewer than ten employees, no server, and no business impact from repairing things only after they break.
First, Decide Which Category You Need
| Your situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Fewer than 10 employees, no server | Category 4 — call someone per visit |
| 10 to 50 employees, one office, with a NAS or one server | Category 2 or 3 — compare response times and monthly fees |
| 50 to 300 employees, or multiple offices or branch offices in other cities | Category 1 or 3 — focus on multi-site networking and remote access |
| Foreign-invested enterprise needing English-language support and on-site staff | Category 1 |
| Several hundred employees or more, with demanding compliance audit requirements | Category 1 |
What Characterizes IT Needs in Chaoyang Companies
- Office-tower tenants can’t touch the building’s infrastructure. The low-voltage riser and floor switches are managed by the property company; the only thing you control is inside your own office. When choosing a provider, ask whether they have experience dealing with property management — the difference shows most clearly when you move or expand.
- Frequent moves and expansions. Chaoyang companies change offices about every two to three years on average. We wrote a separate article on how to handle the network during an office move.
- Many law firms, advertising, media, and trading companies. What these have in common: large files, frequent time out of the office, a strong need for remote access to internal materials, and no tolerance for exposing systems to the public internet.
- The on-site radius drives cost. Chaoyang District spans a wide north-to-south distance — an hour’s drive from Wangjing to Shibalidian. Asking where the provider’s office actually is tells you more than asking ”how fast can you get here.”
What We Can Do — and What We’re Not a Fit For
- Everything under one contract: day-to-day operations + network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, APs — provided and covered by warranty for the contract term) + on-site response, on a monthly subscription with unlimited service requests.
- Remote-first, with on-site as the fallback: 30 minutes to northern Chaoyang, around 50 minutes in other directions.
- Operations and security handled together: data backup, zero trust remote access (our in-house sTrust), and MLPS 2.0 (China’s Multi-Level Protection Scheme) compliance.
- You need 24/7 on-site staff, or English-speaking on-site staff — go with Category 1.
- You’re a group with 500+ employees needing unified IT governance across multiple locations — go with Category 1.
- You require arrival at the CBD within half an hour — we can’t do that, and we’ll say so honestly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much does IT outsourcing cost per month in Chaoyang District?
A: For around 30 employees and one server, a full monthly package (including network equipment) typically runs RMB 3,000–5,000 per month; for 50 to 100 employees, RMB 4,000–8,000. Companies that bill per seat will quote somewhere from a few dozen to just over RMB 100 per person per month. (September 2026 market reference; not a quotation or a commitment.)
Q: Does it matter if the provider isn’t based in Chaoyang?
A: Not for anything that can be resolved remotely. Things that require an on-site visit happen a few times a year, and each time the difference is about half an hour. Just make sure the on-site response time is spelled out in the contract.
Q: What if the office building’s property management won’t allow work in the low-voltage riser?
A: Cabling inside your office doesn’t require property approval, but the lines coming into the building do need to be coordinated with them. An experienced provider will look at the building’s low-voltage conditions before proposing a plan.
