        As residential developments expand, property management becomes increasingly important. Traditional visitor registration and staffed entrance procedures no longer meet modern requirements for efficiency, convenience, and security. A building intercom system connects security doors at each building entrance, the management console at the community’s central control center, entrance intercom stations, electric locks, door closers, and residents’ indoor video intercom units over a dedicated network. Visitors can speak with residents, who can remotely unlock the security doors. Visitors call residents using the intercom station at each building entrance and may enter only with their approval, helping prevent unauthorized access. In the event of a robbery or sudden medical emergency at home, residents can also use the system to alert security personnel for prompt assistance and response.
