This is our most distinctive and innovative managed print service, transforming the way you purchase and pay for these occasional yet frequent service and consumables needs. It shifts such purchases and payments from an ad-hoc transaction model to a long-term contract model, bringing numerous benefits to your business.
With our Pay-Per-Print plan, we provide all services, toner and consumables upfront. You simply pay for all of these services and products at the end of each month, based on a fixed cost per print multiplied by your total monthly print volume. Your total monthly print volume is determined and verified at the end of each month by reading the page counts of your printing devices on site or remotely through our remote monitoring tools.
